The Communications Department has the responsibility of producing the newsletter, Battle Plans, each and every month for the membership. The Chief of Communications is given the responsibility of being the Editor 'n' Chief of the Newsletter and has the final say so on what goes in and what doesn't. An added responsibility of the Chief of Communications comes during the election period when the Chief of Communications runs the general elections starting with the Vote of Confidence in October.
