The Commanding Officer is the President of the Chapter, Chief Financial Officer, and Representative to STARFLEET. He/She is elected every year by the general primary membership, and serves at the convenience of the members. By STARFLEET regulations, the Commanding Officer must have completed both the Officer's Training School (OTS) and Officer's Command College (OCC) as administered by STARFLEET Academy.

The Executive Officer is the Vice-President of the Chapter, and Representative of the ship's members. He/She is offered his/her position by the Commanding Officer for an equal term of one year. He/She serves as a back-up in case the Commanding Officer cannot perform his/her duties as specified by the Constitution. By STARFLEET regulations, the Executive Officer must also have completed both the OTS and OCC examinations as administered by STARFLEET Academy in the event they must take over as acting Commanding Officer.

The Second Officer represents the Command Staff to both the Commanding Officer and this First Officer. This is the third highest position in the chapter. The position follows the same format as the First Officer in so much as the C/O recommends the individual and the Command Staff votes on the person. The Second Officer must also be of Legal age (21) and has the responsibility of maintaining order at meeting and gatherings. He/She will have audit rights over the chapter finances to ensure that no problems occur. He/She must have passed OTS and OCC prior to holding the position.
